Can I talk to someone at memorymatte?

 

Yes, we are human beings and we’re here to help! memorymatte creative consultants can be reached during business hours Monday through Friday, 9 am–8 pm Eastern. Email help@memorymatte.com at any time to receive a response within 24 hours.

 

How long does it take for your memorymatte to arrive?

 

Once you have approved your memorymatte proof (see the question Can I see a full digital proof?), your memorymatte will ship within 10 days. It is then typically 3-5 days to complete delivery.

 

Does memorymatte only come in black and white?

 

Yes. By design, memorymatte is a luxe-quality frame-and-matte product innovated to bring the best of art-gallery style to your favorite photos and memories. For now, memorymatte only offers black-and-white imagery and the editing tool is designed to convert your favorite pictures to black and white.

 

Can I use more than one image?

 

Currently, memorymatte is designed to wrap a single image. We recommend creating a duo, trio or collection of memorymattes using our printable memory wall templates.

 

Does memorymatte come in landscape as well as portrait?

 

memorymatte currently offers a portrait style. In the near future, we will also offer a landscape orientation.

 

Can I crowdsource content?

 

Yes. memorymatte text can be crowdsourced by multiple gift-givers—here’s a great way to get it done in three easy steps!

 

Can I see a full digital proof?

 

Yes. After you place your order, one of our artisans will work on your memorymatte. When it is ready, we will send you an email with a link that will take you to a page in the "my account" area on our web site, where you will be able to review your  memorymatte. If you are completely happy with it, you can Approve it and it will immediately enter the production process. If you see something that you would like to change, you can specify the changes and we will do our best to incorporate those—at which time you will receive another email.

 

What if I am not satisfied with my memorymatte?

 

We know you’ll love your memorymatte, but if you should be unsatisfied or encounter any challenges with our product, please contact us immediately at help@memorymatte.com so that we may be of prompt service. We’re here to help!

 

Is memorymatte available in different languages?

 

Currently, memorymatte does not have a translator but we do recommend this translating tool if you would like to convert your text to another language and paste it into our text editor.

 

Do you offer a volume discount?

 

We do work with large groups and retailers at memorymatte, and offer bulk pricing on a case by case basis. If you are interested in placing a large order or opening a wholesale account, contact us at sales@memorymatte.com.
